Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice

This notice has been prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation to explain how your personal data is processed when you visit the traxvon.com website and contact us by email. This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

2. What data is processed on this site?

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
All files, including fonts, are served from our own domain; no requests are sent to third-party servers.
The request form on the contact page does not send your information to our servers. It only creates a draft in the email app on your device; nothing reaches us unless you send it.

3. Cookie policy

Our site does not use cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown. If analytics or a similar tool is added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be obtained where required.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser information and request time may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver the service and ensure security (e.g. attack detection). Since Cloudflare's servers may be located abroad, this technical data may be transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Contact by email

When you send an email to [email protected], your name, email address, company and phone number (if provided) and the content of your message are processed.

Purpose: Responding to your request and running demo, pilot and proposal processes.
Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2(c) — necessity for the establishment of a contract, and Art. 5/2(f) — our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms.
Collection method: Electronically, via the email you send.
Transfer: Emails are delivered through the email routing and hosting providers we use (e.g. Cloudflare Email Routing). Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties; it may be transferred to competent authorities where legally required.
Retention: After your request is concluded, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to the retention periods required by applicable law.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, send your request to [email protected]. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
