By using the traxvon.com website (the “Site”), you are deemed to have accepted the terms below. These terms apply only to the use of the Site; the use of Traxvon products and services is subject to separate agreements. This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Site content

The information on the Site is for general informational purposes and may change without prior notice. Products marked “Early access” are under development; their features and scope are finalized during pilot processes, and the descriptions on the Site do not constitute a binding commitment.

2. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and images on the Site belong to Traxvon or are used by Traxvon under license. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The fonts used on the Site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

3. Limitation of liability

The Site is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traxvon cannot be held liable for damages arising from decisions made based on the information on the Site.

4. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Traxvon is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

5. Personal data

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
